Randa Minkarah is a dynamic, dedicated executive who’s spent over 15 years helping advance the industries of media and advertising. With an extensive background in sales, management, business and product development, Randa has led strategic planning, developed new revenue streams and executed multiplatform initiatives for both traditional and digital media properties.  

Randa is co-founder and COO at Transform Inc., which delivers the first machine-learning and AI platform for media and advertising that answers the fundamental questions of why audiences connect, react and engage. Transform’s technology can be tailored for any video content -- TV shows, trailers, local newscasts, consumer and retail ads -- providing actionable insights that help increase viewing, subscriptions and purchases.

Prior to Transform, Randa served as Senior VP of Revenue and Business Development for Fisher Communications (FSCI), Inc., an integrated media company, until its sale in 2013. Her corporate responsibilities included all revenues for television, radio and internet properties, and she developed and implemented multiple successful digital strategies. 
                                        
Randa is an active public speaker, investor and advisor to multiple media/technology companies. She serves on the board of the Girl Scouts of Western Washington as its Treasurer and Chair of the Finance Committee, and is a board member-at-large for TheFilmSchool, Seattle. She earned a BFA from the University of Cincinnati -- College-Conservatory of Music in Broadcasting.
